Refund policy

All sales are final. Wall frames, matboards, and glazing may be returned within 30 days after the date of the order. There will be a 20% restocking fee, plus the cost of return shipping that will not be refunded. 

Damaged/Lost items must be reported within 30 days of the order date to qualify for a replacement. Please contact customercare@finerworks.com for more information.
